We can amend these terms at any time and those amended terms will apply to you. We can also remove or alter our website at any time, without notice.

We own, or have a licence to use, all intellectual property on this website. We have permission to use the trademarks, product names and supplier identities shown on our website, which are the property of the individual suppliers. You may not use those details without the relevant supplier’s consent.

You can make reasonable private use of any of the information on this website for non-commercial purposes but please do not use, reproduce or transmit any information on this website for any other purpose without our consent.

You may not, without our consent, systematically extract or utilise any part of the content of our website, including by using any data mining, or other data gathering and extraction tools. Nor may you create or publish your own database using any content from this website without our consent.

This website may contain links to websites operated by other people. We do not monitor any linked websites and we are not responsible for, nor do we endorse, their content. No waiver

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.

Our website has been developed to comply with New Zealand law. We make no warranty that it is appropriate for use overseas. If you choose to access our website from outside New Zealand, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction.


Offer to purchase: When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the specified products. To make an order, you will need to provide details to enable us to fulfil and deliver the order to you.

We do our best to ensure that our website is up to date and accurately reflects the products that are available. However, please also be aware that:

  • While we do our best to ensure that measurements are accurate, those measurements are approximate only.
  • Some of the products that we stock are only available in limited quantities, so products are only available while stocks last.
  • Any discounts or special offers are also only available while stocks last.
  • If more than one offer or discount applies to any product, you will get the benefit of the better offer or larger discount, but not both.

Right to refuse: We retain the right to refuse any order, or to accept it only in part. In particular, we may limit the number of products (whether of one kind or many) that you can purchase at any one time. We have no liability to you arising from our inability, or refusal, to fulfil any order.

Prices: All prices are in New Zealand dollars, and include products and services tax. Because making an order on our website if making an offer to purchase the product from us that we may refuse, if there is an error in pricing on our website, we may refuse the offer and refuse to supply the products at the incorrect price. You may also be charged additional delivery fees as shown on our website.

Payment: Payment may be made online by MasterCard or Visa credit cards or debit cards.

Delivery: Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as it may not be possible to change those details once the order has been placed. We are not responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. 

Date for delivery: We will try to deliver products on the agreed delivery dates (if any) but, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable for late delivery. You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date (noted in the email confirming dispatch) if a product has not arrived. 

Risk in products: Risk in the products will pass to you on delivery.

Cancellation: Once your order is confirmed we cannot change or cancel any aspects of your order so please check the order details carefully before completing payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders or request other methods of payment for orders received.


If your product is damaged, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund provided that:

  • Products can only be returned within the first 30 days after the date of purchase;
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (including being in the original packaging);
  • Sale products cannot be refunded.

To return any product, either deliver the product to our store at New Plymouth Airport, or post it to us at 2/192 Airport Drive, New Plymouth 4373, including a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. On receipt, we will notify you we have received the returned product and will confirm whether a refund or exchange will be given. If a refund is given, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will email you when your refund has been processed (although the refund may not show in your bank account or on your credit card immediately).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Consumer Guarantees Act: Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 provided that if you are purchasing the products for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Act do not apply.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • all warranties or representations in relation to the products provided by us, whether implied by law, trade, custom or otherwise, are excluded;
  • while we have tried to display the products on our website accurately, the actual products may differ from the image on your screen due to technological or other limitations so we do not warrant that the products we deliver will be identical to those displayed on-screen;
  • our liability for any claim, damages, loss or cost related to the supply of any products is limited to the cost paid by you for such products;
  • we will not be liable, whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, or loss of profits, loss of data, loss of savings and loss of opportunity of any kind whatsoever.
